Second delivery at home

If you missed a delivery, you will find a card in your mailbox from DHL eCommerce or from bpost, our partner that delivers parcels for us to consumers in Belgium. DHL will automatically return the next working day. bpost offers you the possibility to register your delivery preferences.

If you missed a delivery, you'll find a bpost missed-delivery card in your mailbox. The card will inform you where you can collect your parcel. You have fourteen days to collect it. If you'd rather have your parcel delivered at a neighbour or at a safe place, that's no problem. Simply register your delivery preferences with bpost.

DHL card in mailbox

If you missed a delivery, you'll find a DHL missed-delivery card in your mailbox. Our DHL courier will automatically return the next workday. If you also missed our second delivery attempt, you can collect your parcel at a DHL RegionHub. Follow the instructions on your DHL card and on our Track & Trace page.

How long will the DHL ServicePoint keep my parcel?

Fourteen days at most. As soon as your parcel has been delivered to a collection point, you'll receive a notification and we'll send you a first reminder after two days. You'll then have two weeks to collect it before it's sent back to the sender.

Can someone else collect my parcel at a DHL ServicePoint?

Yes, they can. You can give the card that bpost left in your mailbox to someone else to collect your parcel from the DHL ServicePoint. If the sender has selected the “Signature upon receipt” option, only the original recipient is permitted to collect the parcel and will have to show a valid identification document such as an ID card, passport, or driver's license.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The second delivery attempt can only take place at the same address. Contact the sender if you want your parcel to be delivered to a different address.
