With our all-in-one parcel service, you give your private customers a wide range of delivery options and a complete service experience that will lead to increased sales.
With just one click on your online store, your customers can decide whether they want their parcel delivered to their door or if they'll pick it up at a DHL ServicePoint. If they select delivery at home, they can also choose the time: during the day, in the evening or on Saturday. If they do happen to miss the delivery, they can simply plan a new delivery time or they can collect their parcel at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. As the sender you can add extra delivery options to your shipments such as requiring a signature upon receipt, insurance, or “no neighbor delivery”.

Quality service for business deliveries
We also offer various delivery options for your shipments to business clients. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM as standard. If your shipment is urgent, you can select fast delivery before 12:00 noon n the Benelux. Your recipient can also collect their shipment at one of our DHL RegionHub in the Benelux.
We also offer Saturday delivery for your parcel shipments to business addresses in the Netherlands. We will even exchange your EUR-pallets in the Benelux. And, what's more, we deliver at construction sites. This is unique, as most transport companies will not deliver to locations without a registered address.
Construction site delivery
The construction site to which you send those pallets might not yet have an address or postal code. That’s not a problem for DHL eCommerce. If needed, we’ll contact the recipient and ensure that the shipment is delivered without a hitch. This service is unique in the Benelux and free to use.
